month: December 2009

Muffin and Chris exchanged their vows at St. Peter’s Catholic Church this past Sunday before a large crowd of family and friends. It was a moving moment and focused on Christ as the center of their lives. Muffin had an unusual number of “little witnesses” attending, adding a sweet touch to this sacred event. After the wedding everyone gathered at the Argyle to congratulate the special couple. Enjoy the collection of images from the day. To view them all click this link.

Nora and Padraic’s much anticipated wedding finally arrived on December 5th and it did not disappoint.  The day was bright and the air was crisp-a perfect combination.  Nora  was stunning and Padraic was dashing and everyone was full of joy.  The day went smoothly with much credit going to Betty Parish of the Wedding Planners.  The Craft Center was decorated with a Christmas theme by florist Danny Cuellar of Trinity Flowers and provided the perfect backdrop for the wedding.  Afterwards the guests walked next door to Club Giraud and were greeted by snow flurries, a perfect start to the winter wonderland reception.  Everyone was treated to a wonderful seated dinner overseen by Keith Patterson from the Club.  After dinner guests enjoyed a delicious slice of Cathy Young’s wedding cake.  Guests then danced the night away to the sounds of  “Blind Date” from Austin.  It truly was a day that no one wanted to end.  Enjoy a few of the many images of the day.  To see all of the images just click this link.  I am looking forward to seeing the video of the day captured by Jim Rough of Our Wedding Video.

Mallory and David were visiting family over the Thanksgiving weekend and stayed over to have their engagement photographs taken. It was a dreary day and rain was threatening, but the two of them turned the dreariness into sunshine. I had a great time photographing them (I hope they had fun too!). The images came out great and it is obvious they are truly in love with each other. To see the complete collection of images click HERE

I loved this real moment. I was searching the for the next location and turned around and saw this. You can see why I have the greatest job in the world.
